About Mykola Latansky

Mykola Latansky

Mykola Latansky

For more than twenty years, Mykola has worked in human development, speaking and teaching internationally. Across that work, a continuing question has taken shape: how does a person recognise and give expression to their own possibility?

He developed Genialism™ as a philosophical and practical teaching connecting human genius with self-knowledge, authorship and meaningful contribution.

His current philosophical inquiry focuses on Original Human Agency and the conditions for responsible human authorship in the age of artificial intelligence.

His philosophical study and writing bring an extensive background in live education into dialogue with contemporary questions about human–AI collaboration.

From experience to inquiry

One question,
continuing to deepen.

Earlier in his career, Mykola’s work centred on achievement, goals and personal development. Working with people across countries brought questions of meaning, inner direction and self-knowledge increasingly to the foreground.

Today, his philosophical work examines what it means to participate in forming the purposes of our lives — including when AI helps us think, create and act.

He shares this inquiry in conference presentations, open public events, books and learning programmes.
